About

Skills, notable achievements, and work experience

Overview

I’ve spent over 20 years leading teams, refining strategies, and building things that actually work. I think strategically with the heart of a designer and the practicality of a builder.

I’m driven by the belief that empowering others is the most impactful work I can do. I help designers turn chaos into clarity and transforming wild ideas into tangible, usable products.

I have a love-hate relationship with technology and am addicted to podcasts — but like any good narrative, that tension keeps me hooked.

Before that

Triple j

Senior designer 2007 → 2014

Triple J is Australia’s national youth broadcaster, as part of the team, I helped push its boundaries beyond radio. I designed, built, and captured moments that expanded engagement from the last breaths of Web 1.0 through the rise Web 2.0, creating experiences that ignited a new era of connection and kept audiences hooked.

Austero

Designer 2005 → 2006

Home to Australia’s biggest radio brands, my time at Austereo was all about driving success for both the network’s shows and its advertising clients. I brought ideas, video, photos, design, and code to the table—creating content that not only engaged audiences but helped advertisers hit their targets. It was about making sure both sides got what they needed, and pushing creative boundaries to get there.

And some other stuff

Photographer 2015 → now
